Time period

  • Effective immediately for a period of 6 months

 

Tasks

  • Idea and concept development – Support in developing a global HR dashboard concept, including KPI structures, visualization logic, and reporting governance
  • Best practice research – Analysis of current HR analytics standards, KPI frameworks, Power BI use cases, and modern data architectures
  • Interface & Stakeholder Management – Close coordination with HR departments and IT to clarify requirements, data sources, and system boundaries; participation in workshops and interviews
  • Establishment of Reporting Foundations – Support with data models (Power BI, DAX, Power Query), visualization concepts, and automation approaches (Power Automate)
  • Documentation & Analysis – Structured preparation of findings, requirements, and concepts, as well as documentation of reporting and dashboard approaches
  • Project Support & Organization – Collaboration on roadmaps, use cases, mockups, and data flow diagrams, as well as preparation of decision-making documents and support in establishing a consistent KPI framework

 

Requirements

  • Enrollment in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, HR Management, or a related field
  • Initial experience with data analysis tools or HR processes is desirable
  • Knowledge of Power BI (visualization, Power Query, DAX basics) as well as initial experience with Power Automate or a willingness to learn. Additionally, an interest in big data topics and global HR structures
  • Ability to structure complex topics and present them in an understandable way
  • Enjoyment of conceptual work and collaborating with various stakeholders
  • Creative and analytical mindset, as well as a high degree of initiative
