Your roles and responsibilities
- You benefit from an 18-month trainee program that is tailored to you personally
- You are involved in international and challenging project assignments at various stations in the product cost-relevant areas of engineering, purchasing and production. You will also gain insights into other specialist areas and spend at least one period abroad
- You will get to know our business units from different perspectives - in addition to supporting strategic initiatives, your focus will be on supporting international cost reduction projects in the Mahle Thermal division for platform, acquisition and series projects and taking responsibility for sub-projects.
- As a member of the trainee community, you will use a wide range of training opportunities, participate in networking events and build up your personal network in the long term
- The focus is on your professional and personal development. Our mentoring, regular exchanges with your contacts in the specialist departments and HR development will support you in your long-term success
- You will receive a permanent contract and an attractive salary
Your skills and strengths
- You have an above-average Master’s degree in industrial engineering or engineering (electrical engineering, mechatronics, vehicle technology)
- In addition, you also have practical experience through relevant internships, for example in an engineering, manufacturing or purchasing environment
- You have been abroad for at least three months and enjoy working in an international context
- You are business fluent in English and ideally speak another foreign language, German Knowledge would be desirable
- A holistic entrepreneurial mindset and a pronounced hands-on mentality are among your core competencies
- Strong communication skills, teamwork and persuasiveness coupled with high motivation and change mindset complete your profile
