Yout roles and responsibilities

• An 18-month trainee program individually tailored to your profile
• Assignment to various challenging and international projects in the prospective area of IT
• Discovering areas around the IT department and it’s core functions, including one stay abroad
• Close mentoring from management to support your personal and professional development
• Regular exchange with the specialist departments and HR to promote your sustainable success with us
• Participation in the trainee community as well as numerous seminars and networking events

Your skills and strenghts

• You have completed your Master's degree in computer science, industrial engineering or a similar course of study. Preferably with knowledge in digitalization and artificial intelligence
• You can demonstrate initial practical experience through relevant internships as well as an overall interest in modern and future-oriented IT problems
• You have at least three months of international experience and enjoy working with international interfaces
• You are fluent in German and English
• You convince through a holistic, entrepreneurial way of thinking and strong hands-on mentality
• You show strong communication skills, self reflection and the ability to work in a team
• You bring a high level of initiative and a distinct change mindset
