Head of (m/f/d) Digital Action Field Business Excellence

Your roles and responsibilities

• As Head of (m/f/d) Digital Action Field Business Excellence, you will identify digitization potentials together with counterparts in indirect business functions and thus drive the improvement of business excellence through digitization
• You coordinate business functions and their requirements to effectively implement digitization initiatives
• You are committed to the introduction of new digitization solutions, promote the use of existing digitization solutions and facilitate the testing of potentials in agile proof-of-concept projects
• To create digitization strategies for the company and the indirect areas, you support the Corporate Digital Transformation Office and the business functions
• You develop strategic roadmaps to ensure the implementation of digitization initiatives aligned with the business goals and the company’s (digitization) strategy
• You are drive the introduction and use of new digital solutions and systems to ensure successful adoption and usage by the business teams
• You support the divisions in planning their budget and resource requirements as well as the Corporate Digital Transformation Office in coordinating the budget requirements

Your skills and strengths

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, information technology or a related field
• You have a proven experience as a business analyst or project manager in the role of digitalization or improving business processes
• In addition, you will bring project management experience in managing initiatives, monitoring progress and planning changes during the project life cycle
• You have a strong knowledge of digitalization technologies and methods, including Business Process Management (BPM), Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• You speak fluent German and English and have excellent communication skills
• You already have experience in leading cross-functional teams and working with business partners to drive project success
• An experienced use of process improvement knowledge and methods such as Lean, Six Sigma and agile approaches is a matter of course for you
• You have analytical skills, strong business acumen and the ability to analyze and interpret business data
• Strategic visionary thinking and the ability to identify business opportunities
