Your Contribution
As a Foundry Engineer – Global Process Expert (m/f/d), you will take global responsibility for the strategic management and continuous optimization of the foundry production process.
- Strategic responsibility for all technical aspects of in-house processes across global plants
- Development, maintenance, and further enhancement of global process standards and guidelines
- Preparation and updating of process documentation and ensuring international implementation
- Leading process reviews and consistently following up on improvement measures
- Analyzing complex quality deviations and deriving sustainable solutions
- Strategic development and management of supplier relationships and building a high-performing supplier portfolio
- Ensuring technological advancement in collaboration with external partners
- Leading cross-functional projects for process optimization and standardization
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Degree in metallurgy or foundry science
- Extensive experience in process and production technology within foundry engineering
- Proven expertise in managing complex projects and working with international stakeholders
- Solid knowledge of process analysis, quality management, and global standardization
- Strong ability to understand complex technical contexts and develop practical solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as decisiveness in challenging situations
- Proficient in MS Office and basic database applications
- Business-fluent English skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis and work in dynamic environments
