Your Contribution

 

As a Foundry Engineer – Global Process Expert (m/f/d), you will take global responsibility for the strategic management and continuous optimization of the foundry production process.

 

  • Strategic responsibility for all technical aspects of in-house processes across global plants
  • Development, maintenance, and further enhancement of global process standards and guidelines
  • Preparation and updating of process documentation and ensuring international implementation
  • Leading process reviews and consistently following up on improvement measures
  • Analyzing complex quality deviations and deriving sustainable solutions
  • Strategic development and management of supplier relationships and building a high-performing supplier portfolio
  • Ensuring technological advancement in collaboration with external partners
  • Leading cross-functional projects for process optimization and standardization

 

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

 

  • Degree in metallurgy or foundry science
  • Extensive experience in process and production technology within foundry engineering
  • Proven expertise in managing complex projects and working with international stakeholders
  • Solid knowledge of process analysis, quality management, and global standardization
  • Strong ability to understand complex technical contexts and develop practical solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as decisiveness in challenging situations
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic database applications
  • Business-fluent English skills, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis and work in dynamic environments
