Your Contribution

 

As a Content Marketing Manager (m/f/d) at chargeBIG, you will be responsible for the conception, production, and continuous development of our digital content. You will translate marketing and communication objectives into engaging content formats, create high-quality assets for various channels, and ensure our key topics are visible, relevant, and impactful. Working independently, you will proactively contribute ideas and manage the entire content lifecycle, from planning and production to publication, with a hands-on approach.

 

  • Develop and implement content strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and support business objectives
  • Independently conceptualize, produce, and publish content (text, image, and video) across social media, website, and other digital channels
  • Plan and manage cross-channel editorial calendars and audience-focused content initiatives
  • Drive community management activities, including responding to comments and fostering an engaged online community
  • Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid media activities
  • Create high-quality graphics, brochures, presentations, white papers, trade show materials, and other marketing collateral
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute photo and video shoots, including post-production activities
  • Independently produce photo and video content for customer references, success stories, product communications, social media formats, and brand campaigns
  • Capture, edit, and optimize video content, including post-production, voiceovers, motion graphics, animations, and channel-specific adaptations
  • Manage and further develop the company website, including content maintenance, SEO optimization, and backend administration
  • Develop new content formats and continuously optimize existing activities based on relevant KPIs and performance insights
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and actively contribute to the optimization of marketing processes
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Product Development teams

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

 

  • Successfully completed degree or comparable qualification in Marketing, Media Design, Graphic Design, Photography, Film, Media Production, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in marketing, ideally with a strong focus on content marketing
  • Demonstrated experience in independently creating professional photo, video, and graphic content
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, brand communication, and visual design principles
  • Advanced skills in video production and editing using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
  • Proficiency in Canva and professional design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, and ideally Pixelmator
  • Experience in graphic design and the creation of high-quality marketing and sales materials
  • Proficiency in working with content management systems (CMS) and managing and developing websites
  • Experience with social media platforms and their specific content requirements
  • High level of initiative and a strong hands-on mentality plus excellent teamwork skills
  • Independent, solution-oriented, and structured working style combined with assertiveness and flexibility
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving continuous improvement
  • Creativity combined with pragmatism and strong execution skills
  • Excellent written and spoken German language skills
