Customer Service Supervisor

Electronics and mechatronics components are playing a crucial role in enhancing powertrain efficiency and the transition towards e-mobility. Your Contribution

Our Customer Service Supervisor is responsible to supervise a team of Customer Service Supervisors to ensure quality customer relations and shipments.

• You are responsible for being aware of the progression of in-process order material to meet customer demands.  Must be able to solve problems that could result in late shipments (i.e., high scrap rate, tooling not available as scheduled, lack of materials, etc.)
• In conjunction with surveillance and follow-up of materials, you must maintain an above normal rapport with internal associates and the customer.  Must empathize and show a high level of sensitivity to maintain customer confidence.
• It is your responsibility to properly and accurately complete all necessary documentation for export shipments, including full understanding of customs regulations and tariffs.
• Daily contact with freight lines on scheduling customer pick-up.  Track lost or misplaced shipments.  Obtain proof of delivery when necessary.  Verifies and authorizes freight bills to be paid.
• Support team with physical aspects of position including loading, wrapping and forklift driving.

Your Experience & Qualifications

• High School Diploma Required

• 1-3 years related experience, preferably in materials management. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Outlook, and more), SAP and ability to work on other computer programs.  

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy is required.

• Must be able to deal with a great deal of numerical data with accuracy.
