Your Contribution

 

As an Aftermarket Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving business growth and strengthening customer relationships in the automotive aftermarket. This involves managing and supporting distributor performance, identifying new opportunities, and executing strategies for market expansion and product launches.

 

  • Managing existing distributors to ensure achievement of sales targets in designated markets.
  • Prospecting and onboarding new distributor accounts in selected markets.
  • Monitoring and analyzing market trends, competition, opportunities, and risks.
  • Initiating and executing action plans for market development, penetration, and product launches.
  • Preparing regular reports on growth opportunities, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Visiting customers to maintain and enhance business partnerships.
  • Conducting market research on products and competitors.
  • Attending industry events and trade shows to support sales objectives.

 

Your Experience & Qualifications

 

  • Proven experience in sales management and business development, particularly in the automotive aftermarket.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive industry, products, sales channels, and marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SAP experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and local languages (additional languages are a plus).
  • Customer- and solution-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to grow business by expanding the customer base and market reach.
  • Track record of successfully collaborating with customers, peers, and management to achieve goals.
  • Hands-on approach, with adaptability and openness to feedback.
  • Willingness to travel intensively, especially within the ASEAN region.
  • Experience in international trading and the automotive industry.
  • Hybrid working.
