Supply Chain Specialist

MAHLE Lifecycle and Mobility is the business unit specializing in spare parts, tools and services for the aftermarket. It uses the expertise from original equipment series production for its established product range and additional competence in electrification and digitalization. MAHLE Lifecycle and Mobility supplies partners globally in retail, workshops, and engine repair via sales channels such as wholesale and e-Commerce. The products developed by the MAHLE Service Solutions business segment for workshop equipment, as well as comprehensive services and individual training offers, complete the portfolio.

Your Contribution 

• Responsible for stock and availability of a fixed part number range (roughly 1000 part numbers)
• Supplier management and operative procurement (daily alert processing, create PO´s, backlog tracking, monthly supplier evaluation etc.
• Monthly demand planning in GIB
• Maintenance of material master data - declare goods at forwarders - provide delivery dates to customer service

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Bachaler degree in Business related area, candidate with supply chain experience will be given priority
• Previous knowledge in SAP helpful but not mandatory
• Knowledge in MS Office, especially in Excel and Power Point
• Proficient in English speaking and writing.
