Supply Chain Specialist-Inbound

Your Roles&Responsibilies

1. Issue supplier PO in ERP, upload PO to SAP P50
2. Check supplier OC on Order PN, Qty, Unit price, Total Amount
3. Update supplier lead time in ERP and generate supplier OPEN PO report
4. Monitor and expedite goods delivery with external and IC suppliers
5. Monitor and report backlog & EOL items and maintain material status in ERP
6. Supplier MOQ MOV monitoring and claim follow up
7. Create Inbound shipment in ERP based on supplier shipping documents
8. Coordinate with supplier and warehouse for inbound delivery ETA and receiving
9. Request freight rate with forwarder based on different supplier incoterm and direct shipment business model.
10. Inbound management and supplier on time & behavior feedback
11. Record all supplier invoice and shipping documents and filing in share drive
12. Prepare monthly Inbound receipt report to FA and PUR team
13. Update monthly external supplier invoice and freight expense
14. SAP GTS screening for vendor and customer, weekly report for screening and HS code monitoring
15. System cleaning up and enhancement
16. Assist in feedback and implementation of any projects undertaken to enhance the inbound & inventory processes
17. Other tasks assigned by the superior

Your Skills&Strengths

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. 3-5 years related working experience
3. Good written and oral English skill
4. Good communication skill preferred
5. Good in office software EXCEL, PPT etc.
6. Good team player, strong sense of self-motivation and responsibility
7. Able to work under stress, good adaptability and learning ability
8. Familiar with supply chain / supplier management / inventory management / logistic operation preferred
9. Background with FA, data analysis preferred
