Your Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for SAP MORE-TM deployment in Asia plants. Ensure the successful go live of TM in plants, coordinate with system team to bridge the gap between business process and system logic.  

Expedite freight management. Process standardization, forwarder selecting, freight control etc.

Asia overall freight control, reporting and budgeting.

Forwarder performance monitor and improve.

Lead logistics cost and performance improvement projects and initiatives, including developing ideas and concepts to improve transport and returnable empties processes.

Support on escalations from plants, transport issues, package issues etc.

Support NPM on logistics service provider bidding.

Support cost improvement CIP and PPI workshops to realize savings.

Support regional and global projects and improvement initiatives.

All other duties and projects as assigned.

支持NPM对物流服务供应商的投标。

支持CIP和PPI车间的成本改进以实现节约。

支持区域和全球项目和改进计划。

完成分配的其他工作和项目。 

Your Skill & Requirements

3~5 or 5~8 years’ experience of transportation and package

Familiar with international and domestic transportation market.

Experience of forwarder and package supplier management

Good analytical and communication skills

Patience and insistence

Teamwork spirit, being proactive

Major in international economy and trade, logistics, or business etc.

Experience in logistics for at least 3/5 years.

Good oral & written English skills

3~5年或5~8年运输包装经验

熟悉国际、国内运输市场

有货代和包装供应商管理经验

良好的分析和沟通能力

耐心和坚持

具有团队合作精神，积极主动

国际经济贸易、物流、商务等专业。

至少3/5年物流工作经验

良好的英语口语和书写能力
