Your Roles & Responsibilies
- Responsible for the innovative concept development, prototyping, testing and verification, and problem-solving of EXV for new energy vehicles.
- Conduct research and analysis on refrigerant valve competitors and new technologies.
- Develop product design specifications, technical standards, and testing specifications.
- Responsible for product scheme design, optimization, and development of technical documents and files.
- Provide pre-sales technical support and marketing assistance.
- Responsible for applying for and maintaining relevant patents.
- Collaborate with cross departmental teams, including designers, system integration engineers, and prototype engineers, to ensure the feasibility, performance and reliability of the design.
- Track the latest thermal management technologies and industry trends to provide technical solution for product innovation.
Your Skills & Strengths
- Familiar with the development process of automotive thermal management system components and the design requirements and testing specifications for refrigerant valve products.
- Experience in designing and simulating stepper motors and brushless DC motors is preferred.
- Familiar with material selection, familiar with commonly used engineering plastics, rubber, and metal properties.
- Proficient in using 2D and 3D design software such as CATIA etc.
- Able to communicate in English.
