Regional Strategic Purchasing_Filtration

MAHLE Lifecycle and Mobility is the business unit specializing in spare parts and services for the aftermarket. It uses the expertise from original equipment series production for its established product range and additional competence in electrification and digitalization and supplies partners in the trade, workshops, and engine repair shops. The products developed by the MAHLE Service Solutions business segment for workshop equipment, as well as comprehensive services and individual training offers, complete the portfolio.

Your Contribution:

Responsible for aftermarket filtration sourcing in A/P: for both domestic business and exporting business, ensure part availability with competitive price and good quality.

• Develop new filtration suppliers, build robust supplier base in A/P
• Bundle global volume at strategic suppliers, maintain win-win relationship with suppliers
• Responsible for RFQ, negotiation, contracting, supplier nomination etc.

• Support to resolve supplier delivery and quality issues
• Lead price negotiations with suppliers, achieve annual saving target
• Explore VA/VE measures, optimize purchasing cost to maintain product competitiveness
• Data maintenance by different tools: SAP, MAPIM, Jaggaer etc.

Your Experience & Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree, engineering background is preferred
• Good English skills, fluent oral English
• Sourcing experience is required, prefer in automotive industry
• Product knowledge on aftermarket products is preferred
• SAP knowledge in souring function
• Flexible for business trips
• Working experience in foreign companies, good understanding of culture difference
