Product Engineer

Your Contribution

 As a Product Engineer, you will adopt a proactive approach in executing product management & development of company group assigned.

• Manage Project files and milestones for OEM/OES/SOE/Tooling product development.
• Manage product development process:
  • Advance engineering supports in RFQ period between customer and supplier.
  • Create project development schedule with supplier after project kick-off.
  • Timely perform TRM/CRM/Validation according to development schedule, discuss and review APQP/PPAP documents with SQE together.
• Follow up product running status to supplier after SOP, ensure production running stable, all changes under control and updated timely.
• Create product data in SAP and make regular maintenance.
• Coordinate with sales team in new business development and marketing research.
• Coordinate with purchasing/SCM on logistic supports.
• Other related works assigned by supervisor

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above
• More than 3 years related working experience on product development, automobile industry experiences a plus
• High level of analytical ability in product management and development. Familiar with Mechanical and Engineering, has knowledge on thermal & Fluid system parts (and sub-components) a plus
• Good MS & English skills
• Diligent and good team spirits
• Working Efficiently and Independently
