Planning and Procurement Specialist

MAHLE Lifecycle and Mobility is the business unit specializing in spare parts and services for the aftermarket. It uses the expertise from original equipment series production for its established product range and additional competence in electrification and digitalization and supplies partners in the trade, workshops, and engine repair shops. The products developed by the MAHLE Service Solutions business segment for workshop equipment, as well as comprehensive services and individual training offers, complete the portfolio.

Your Contribution:

• This position will participate in suppliers’ relationship management, forecast and demand planning, purchasing order issues and follow-up, daily operations to drive for continuous improvements.
• Work closely with the sales team to run out weekly and monthly forecast and purchasing plan to meet sales requirements, maintain a high level of customer service level.
• Purchasing orders’ follow-up, make them timely and correct execution delivery.
• Supplier’s delivery performances evaluate, analyze and report.
• Monitoring inventory level to be in line with Corp. Inventory policy and budget.
• Regularly slow-moving and obsolete stock analysis, cooperating with product management and sales to define reduction solution.
• Timely and accurately input relevant data into SAP to make company’s business run normally.
• Coordinate working with the other functions of the company as for logistics requirement.
• Other assigned work by superiors.

Your Experience & Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree holder preferably in supply chain, logistics or business administration.
• 3-5 years supply chain management experience.
• Knowledge and used to work with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Good computer skills (e.g. MS office).
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Good communication and planning skills.
• Agile sense of data analysis.
