Your Contribution

Packaging design for Asia Pacific

• Packaging layout design : Create packaging layout as per required SKU regardless powertrain & charging, Thermal & fluids and Portfolio Expansion for AP by using acrobat illustration program(.ai file) or relevant design program.
• Contribute New design : Packaging layout design creation and proposal to HQ(CMM) for new product group beyond MAHLE product portfolio based on standard Mahle design guide and market / related industry trends should be considered by cooperating with marketing & sales department.
• Cooperate with PLM and purchasing to achieve economical box type & size as per MAHLE design guide to contribute cost saving.
• Contribute new packaging project such as MAHLE aftermarket packaging change as per global project operate.
• Maintain design related systems and related licenses efficient and economical way.

Data Management for Asia Pacific

• Data provider - RFQ list & requested range list matching OE / Vehicle / VIO / corresponding competitors list and coverage analysis etc.
• Regular data service provider for aligned information such as sellable coverage with To-Do list for immediate use for external sales purposes
• Data analyzing to visualize/present status quo to facilitate further action for GTM/GTS.

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above
• Professional English language skills required
• More than 2 years related working experience in Automotive industries preferred
• Design programs (acrobat illustration, photoshop…) not required but a plus
• Advanced Excel skills(VBA not required but a plus) and Microsoft programs
• Ability to accomplish work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Communicate proactively and effectively at all levels, both externally and internally
• Creative, flexible and entrepreneurial thinking
• Good written and spoken English
