Operations Planner

Work location: Shanghai Pudong

Your Roles & Responsibilies

•  
• ABCD / 1234 classification update every 6 months
• Review sales booking trend and analysis stock trend and demand planning
• Monitor inventory level and SUT, identify inventory Aging and EOL parts
• Replenishment/ purchase of stocks for backorders and buffer stocks
• New item creation and item status maintenance
• Manage external suppliers MOQ & MOV and update unit cost in system
• Follow up with GTS & Suppliers on backlog and expediate lead time
• Supplier inbound claim follow up
• Monthly stocks reconciliation and stock adjustment
• Update HS code in system (Export Compliance)
•  
• Prepare OP report, supplier on time and related reports
• System cleaning up and enhancement
• Assist in feedback and implementation of any projects undertaken to enhance the planning & inventory processes
• Other tasks assigned by the superior

Your Skills & Strengths

•  
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years related working experience
• Good written and oral English skill
• Good in office software EXCEL, PPT etc.
• Good team player, strong sense of self-motivation and responsibility
• Able to work under stress, good adaptability and learning ability
• Familiar with supply chain planning / inventory management / logistic operation preferred
• Background with FA, data analysis preferred
