Your Contribution

As Regional Operation SCM&QM Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for Operations Excellence support in Supply Chain and Quality Management across Asia Pacific subregions: East Asia; China; India. The Business Excellence Supply Chain & Quality Management is a function of the Operations and Business Excellence department. This position is accountable for coordinating, consolidating, and maintaining business reports across all MEs in subregions, and supporting the implementation of Supply Chain and Quality standards throughout Asia Pacific subregions.

• end-to-end data collection, consolidation and validation of Supply Chain and Quality metrics across all MEs in the region
• Maintain centralized reporting and database, ensuring data integrity and traceability for regional and global stakeholders
• Interface between local ME’s to Regional Supply Chain and Quality standards
• Quality Audit Management within regions is in line with Corporate Quality for ISO 9001 certification and Internal Audits requirements/regulations
• Assist and facilitate the aligned vision and goals to adapt Supply Chain activities and standards to the business and market environment
• Supporting sub-region and/or local in delivery and LT check with suppliers, monitor buffer planning for healthy availability rate etc.
• ad-hoc Operational Excellence Projects/Tasks

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above
• More than 1 year with related technical background / knowledge of working experience
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Good English skills
• Strong data awareness, detail-oriented
• High flexibility and pro-activity
• Cross-cultural communication with the ability to collaborate effectively across regions and functions
