Your Roles & Responsibilities:

• Managing all IT infrastructure at the location.
• Managing IT support with the help of external Field support resources.
• Support procurement and contractual activities & managing IT external suppliers.
• To support in the lifecycle management of equipment’s & Location IT asset management.
• Support for all Global rollout / projects & new requirements from business.
• Support local IT budget planning process.
• Managing IT KPIs within defined targets
• Support IT Audit’s & IT Compliance
• 管理所有IT基础设施。
• 在外部现场支持资源的帮助下管理IT支持。支持采购和合同活动，管理IT外部供应商。
• 支持设备的生命周期管理和位置IT资产管理。支持所有全球推广/项目和新的业务需求。支持本地IT预算计划流程。
• 在既定目标内管理IT关键绩效指标
• 支持IT审计和IT合规

Your Skill & Requirements

• Broad knowledge of overall IT Infrastructure (Network / Storage / Servers / OS…. etc.) 
• ITIL Processes 

• Proficient written and verbal English skills

• Relevant experience of 8~10 years
• Excellent communication skills
• Results oriented.
• Customer oriented
• 广泛的IT基础设施知识(网络/存储/服务器/操作系统....)
• ITIL流程
• 熟练的英语书面和口头表达能力
• 8-10年相关工作经验
• 优秀的沟通技巧
