NVH Engineer

Your Contribution
As NVH Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and optimization of Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) performance in vehicles and subsystems. Conducts simulation analysis, testing, and problem-solving to ensure NVH performance meets design targets and customer expectations.
- NVH Performance Development
- Plan and execute NVH tests; Analyze test data and propose solutions; Support prototype troubleshooting
- Investigate NVH issues (noise, vibration, harshness); Identify root causes in production/R&D; Drive technical solutions; Collaborate on design changes
- Track advanced NVH technologies; Evaluate new methods (active noise cancellation);Prepare technical documentation; Develop testing standards
- Coordinate with CAE teams; Align with testing departments; Balance NVH vs other attributes; Support vehicle integration
Your Experience & Qualifications
- B.S. (M.S. preferred) in Automotive, Mechanical, Thermal or Acoustics Engineering.
- 3 + years of automotive NVH analysis and improvement experience including powertrain cooling or HVAC systemsTechnical Knowledge: \
- Solid understanding of vehicle NVH fundamentals, flow-structure interaction noise and thermal system operation.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Nastran, Abaqus, VA-One, Fluent, Star-CCM+, LMS Test.Lab, MATLAB.
- Testing Experience: Hands-on with hemi-anechoic, wind-tunnel and on-road NVH test protocols; able to design test plans and interpret results independently.
- Fluent in Chinese Mandarin and English technical reading skill

- EV NVH experience
- ANC/acoustic packaging
- NVH analysis and improvement of vehicle thermal products and engine peripheries
