Legal Counsel

As a Legal Counsel, you will be mainly responsible mainly for litigations and contracts.

Your Contribution

• Manage (or supervising) litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution matters.
• Pre-litigation consultation and work with business functions to prepare for threatening disputes  
• Overseeing and managing outside litigation counsel
• Draft, review and negotiate various contracts
• Support of legal projects (restructure, M&A etc.) (in exception case)
• Conduct legal research and provide legal consultations as per business requests.
• Provide legal training.
• Other matters duly assigned. 

Your Experience & Qualifications 

• Pass PRC bar exam;
• Min 3 years working experience
• With litigation background
• With high ethics, self-motivated, hardworking and excellent communication skills
