Program Overview

MAHLE International Graduate Program (IGP) aims to fill MAHLE talent pipeline and key positions by
−Fostering professional and personal growth through a systematic development approach
−Providing deep understanding of MAHLE organization, processes, environment, culture
−Building up cross-divisional, international network and cooperation

 

During this 18-month program, you will experience challenging cross-departmental rotations, including but not limited to product, sales, strategy etc. This will require you to explore proactively, adapt quickly, and tackle challenges effectively in order to gain practical experience and skills.

 

As participator of IGP, you will be expected to accomplish below responsibilities after you have obtained knowledges and experiences through a comprehensive and systematic training system.

  • Develop Customer Strategy by deep diving customer product roadmap, technical trend, organization chart, business opportunities, ect. 
  • Organize Tech Day, Workshop, Technical Communication to promote new products to customers and generate business opportunities;
  • Maintain and keep good relationships with customers by organizing Executive meetings, Layers communication, Regular exchange.
  • Develop new business and lead project team to prepare quotations after received RFQ and define project conditions,  negotiate with customers for series production price, fulfill tasks and update relevant information on time.
  • Coordinate with global key account team regarding internal price definition when promote global projects. Organize contract review with key account team as internal process for frame contract, major commercial agreements and development contract.
  • Cooperate with R&D department in the competitor suppliers or products market share research also for development of new or special applications required by the customers; Cooperate with BU and plants in terms of technical, quality, commercial and logistic issues of series production projects supplied to customers
  • Make target acquisition projects and business sales plan that related to CN plants. Report development trends of customer to manager and update customer book regularly. 
  • Follow up account receivable and negotiate for annual series production price including sign price agreement.

 

Your Experiences & Qualifications

  • Postgraduates from globally top universities with no more than 2 years working experience,  majoring in Engineering or Business administration
  • Strong self-motivation and high learning agility
  • Excellent communication and logical thinking
  • Fluent in English including speaking and writing
