Head of Business Development, Thermal Management BU

Your Roles & Responsibilities

• Leading various strategy, business development and M&A projects, including the following key elements: sophisticated forecasting, valuation analyses, detailed company due diligence, transaction structuring (alliance, JV, acquisition, divestiture), private/venture capital investments, debt/equity investments and strategy competitive analyses, assessment of risks and opportunities associated with potential targets. 
• Oversee the integration of acquired companies into the organization, ensuring smooth transition and realization of synergies. 
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of acquired companies, taking corrective actions as needed to ensure achievement of financial and operational targets. 
• Negotiate and structure deals, working closely with legal and financial advisors to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company. 
• Preparing negotiation strategy and taking a leadership role in negotiations with target sellers or their advisors. 
• Leading and handling target sourcing, prioritization, and execution of inorganic transactions for selected businesses. 
• Oversee the integration of acquired companies into the organization, ensuring smooth transition and realization of synergies

Your Skills & Strengths

• 10+ leading M&A projects from MNC platform
• Familiar with specialty auto industry
• Excellent analytical capability, with good commercial acumen and financial knowledge
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively cross functionally
• The ability to interact with MAHLE personnel, build strong relationships at all levels and across all business units and organizations, and understand business imperatives
• Passionate, high-energy to motivate team player. Strong in conceptual and strategic thinking
