HSE China Program Manager
Your Contribution
As China HSE Program Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of HSE programs in compliance with local regulations and global standards.
- Support China plants in achieving the MAHLE sustainability targets and CO2 roadmap.
- Develop HSE programs to improve HSE performance in China.
- Support the plants in the digitalization of HSE processes and accompany the transformation.
- Conduct audits to verify compliance with central requirements, applicable laws, binding commitments and central sustainability reporting in China plants.
- HSE related contract Review.
- Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.
- Any new projects driven by national laws and regulations update, MHALE strategy, etc.
- Other tasks assigned by Superior.
Your Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, more than 5 years' relevant working experience in MNC
- Proactive, hardworking, self-motivated, detail and service oriented
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- A good team player who also can solve problems independently
- Good English skill
