#1) Program Intro
The Global Career Starter Program (GCSP) is our 18-month entry-level rotation program that is tailored to you and gives you a successful start to your career. With up to 6 job rotations through different departments, you will gain a variety of insights and take on exciting responsibilities. In addition to working in multinational teams, you will expand your international experience and network through an assignment abroad at one of our global locations. Our aim is to create an environment in which you can accelerate your professional and personal development. That's why we support your development through mentoring, training, and networking activities. At the end of the program, you will be well equipped to start in your target position at MAHLE.

#3) What will qualify you
- Master’s degree in STEM majors with above-average grades
- Strong interest in AI technologies and their applications in business
- First practical experience through relevant internships (ideally in the automotive industry)
- International experience through studies abroad or internships
- High motivation, curiosity, and commitment to professional and personal development
- Holistic entrepreneurial and change mindset as well as hands-on mentality
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- English proficiency
As participator of GCSP, you will be expected to accomplish below responsibilities after you have obtained knowledges and experiences through a comprehensive and systematic training system.
1. Regional Digitalization/AI Enablement (40%)
a) Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on AI trends, opportunities, and applications within the Chinese market.
b) Assist in the development and implementation of AI strategies and projects that align with company goals and regional objectives.
c) Act as a liaison between the Chinese regional office and the German headquarters to ensure effective communication and collaboration on AI initiatives.
d) Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of AI-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
e) Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors, to foster relationships and drive AI adoption.
f) Prepare detailed reports and presentations on AI projects, progress, and outcomes for senior management review.
g) Identify areas for innovation and continuous improvement in AI applications and processes within the region.
2. Strategic Projects & Business Analysis (30%)
a) Lead or contribute to key strategic initiatives.
b) Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare briefing materials for board meetings, investor reviews, and industry conferences.
c) Attend high-level meetings, capture key takeaways, and track action items to completion.
d) Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
3. Executive Support & Office Management (30%)
a) Manage the President’s complex calendar, scheduling, and prioritization of commitments.
b) Coordinate extensive travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.
c) Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
d) Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
e) Act as a liaison between the regional president and internal/external stakeholders.
