The activities of the former business units “Filtration and Engine Peripherals” and “Thermal Management” will be merged in the new business unit “Thermal and Fluid Systems”. Here, thermal management will be able to access production competencies in filtration developed within the group over many years, enabling it to place competitive future-oriented technologies on the market. MAHLE is committed to thermal management and intends to continue growth in this area.
Your Contribution
- HW development for thermal management module ECU which control cooling pumps/EXV/multi-way valves/SOV etc.
- Participation in project specific release decisions and identification of development risks
- Create Hardware Architecture, specification, Bill of materials, Schematic, Layout according to system requirement.
- Create DFMEA, WCCA, Circuit module simulation.
- Build prototypes with SW & SYS, set up test bench and evaluate products.
- Create design documentation and test report in PLM system.
- Selection and setup of PCBA suppliers for electronics product
- Creation of requirements/specification and cooperation with PCBA suppliers
- Definition and development of validation plan for both internal and external validations
- Close cooperation with pre-development in Stuttgart/Germany
Your Experience & Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering or comparable major
- Min. 5 years of design experience in automotive electronics/hardware
- Deep understanding of analog and digital circuit
- Familiar with Stepper/BLDC Motor control circuit, LIN/CAN interfaces
- Proficient in design tool: Altium Designer, Mathcad, LTspice or similar tool
- Proficient in test tool: Oscilloscope, programmable power supply.
- Familiar with PLM tool will be a plus.
- Familiar with SiC MOSFET/IGBT will be a plus.
- Good knowledge of Automotive standards
