- This position is responsible for utilizing standard composite structural analyses and modeling to develop innovative solutions to customer program requirements and needs. Key emphasis is the ability to lead a fast-paced design program to bring composite solutions from concept through prototyping/production for customers in the transportation vehicle market.

Your Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead program level designs and prototype manufactures for composite design solutions.
- Conceptual and detailed designs of composite components and assemblies
- Generating 3D models, Assemblies and 2D drawings including defining and documenting manufacturing information.
- Ability to review detailed finite element structural analysis of composite and metallic components and assemblies to investigate performance to customer requirements.
- Work as part of a team of design and manufacturing engineering staff to bring designs through prototyping and into serial production.

Your Skills & Strengths
Minimum Education and Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 3 – 5 years relevant work experience on transportation composite or powertrain composite design experience preferred;
- Experience with detailed composite part/assembly design analysis is required
- Experience with composite part fabrication and assembly is required
- Proficient in PTC-Creo or other design software (e.g. CATIA, UG….)
- Good problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to work on projects demanding fast prototype/production startups
- Ability to communicate in English (at least technical communication)
- 本科以上学历，3 - 5年以上交通复合材料或动力总成复合材料设计经验优先
- 具有详细的复合材料零件/装配设计分析经验
- 具有复合材料零件制造和装配经验
- 熟练使用PTC-Creo或其他设计软件(如CATIA, UG....)
- 良好的解决问题和沟通能力
- 能够从事要求快速原型/生产启动的项目
- 英语沟通能力(至少是技术交流)
Preferred skills and education:
- Background in transportation vehicle’s powertrain component level designs is preferred
- Experience with powertrain parts (e.g. cylinder block, cylinder head…) manufacture methods and processes
- 有交通运输车辆动力总成级设计经验者优先
- 具有动力总成部件(如缸体，气缸盖等)的制造方法和工艺经验
