Customer Service
Your Contribution
As a Customer Service, you will be mainly responsible for order to cash process, starting with order intake from customers in NAV system, issuing Order Confirmation, organizing shipments and deliveries, backorder review and following up with payment collection from customers.
- Provide quotations to customers and key in customer sales order in NAV system, and issue Order Confirmation to customers
- Provide estimated lead time for customer orders
- Issue packing list, deliveries, invoices and other shipping documents
- Invoice and billing reports
- Coordinate outbound shipments with forwarders and warehouse service provider (3PL), and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Inform the customer with updates of back order, lead time, and delivery schedules
- Align with operations Supply Chain team for lead time
- Follow up payment collection from customers based on agreed payment terms
- Issue Credit/Debit notes in NAV System
Your Experience & Qualifications
- Bechelor degree with more than 3 years of experience in Customer Service in international environment
- Experience in automotive and/or aftermarket is preferred
- Understanding of Supply Chain and Lead-times
- Strong analytical, conceptual and organizational skills.
- High flexibility and pro-activity
- Excellence communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge required in Microsoft office especially PowerPoint and Excel
- SAP experience is a plus
- English and Mandarin proficiency is a must
