Your Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support field sales with satisfying customer needs and activities, provide full coordination with interacting functions
- Ensure customer commercial terms, price levels are appropriate, coordination with pricing and sales team to ensuring any price issues are resolved
- Conduct receivables controlling to ensure credits are managed and coordinate with Sales and the financial department for swift resolution
- Create and maintain customer master data with necessary approvals (sanction controls etc.) and customer details
- Handle and process all customer enquiries, questions, and complaints/returns
- Monitor status of customer offer and sales potential
- Process manual customer orders and check order entry (incl. marketing material and free of charge orders)
- Communication with product management and purchasing teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled within time / a high level of delivery performance
- Regular communication with the warehouse teams to ensure orders are processed, picked, and shipped on time. Manage and notify customer delivery status and performance
Your Skills & Strengths:
- Bachelor degree or above
- 1-3 years of experience in sales/customer services function, automotive and/or automotive aftermarket is preferred
- Sales focused/orientated to satisfy customer’s needs, expectations and make that call count, sales impact/achievement,customer satisfaction mindset with proactive approach is essential
- Familiar with SAP and MS office software
- Good written and verbal English
