Your Roles & Responsibilities：

• Customer Claims Handling management in Asia Pacific (field + 0km) with full claim process, feedback and correspondence on Tec Warranty platform
• Customer claim registration in SAP
• 8D test report evaluation
• Coordinate with different functions for quality related topics including Sale, Product Management Controlling, Purchasing team
• Inspection coordination with warehouse QA for returned goods
• Manage Customer Complaints and Problem Solving process
• Perform Root Cause Analysis in case of non-conformities (Product, Process, KPIs, Audits)
• Provide Product Test Report to customer
• Define and Implement Corrective Actions (Product, Process, KPIs, Audits)
• Monitor supplier quality performance with PLM & MPBQ teams on a regular basis
• Provide supplier claim overview to PLM & Purchasing teams
• Reporting of necessary KPIs

Your Skills & Strengths：

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering, Technical Management, or equal
• Strong knowledge in Quality Management Methods (IATF16949, 8D, RCA, etc.)
• Experience within Automotive Industry (Independent Aftermarket preferred)
• Experience in Project Management
• Good understanding of IT Tools (ERP, CAD, Excel, PowerPoint, Databases)
• Knowledge about Thermal Management products and production processes a plus
• Good English for both writing and speaking
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Team Player with high level of analytical ability
• Willingness to travel
