Your Roles & Responsibilies:

• Drive performance improvement of defined Commodity in Asia

• Lead Purchasing activities in defined commodity together with Commodity Buyers in other Asia countries

• Monitor supplier capabilities and market trends in Asia

• Manage and align Supplier Panel with Global Commodity Buyer

          管理和协调供应商小组与全球商品采购商

• Develop Material Purchasing strategies

          制定物料采购策略

• Join supplier nomination of key projects

          参与重点项目供应商提名

• Conduct annual supplier negotiation to achieve saving target

          进行年度供应商谈判，达成节约目标

• Take Supply Chain Risk management

          供应链风险管理

• Follow Contract Management guideline

          遵守合约管理指引

• Promote supplier transfer to LCC

          促进供应商向低成本城市的转移

• Support new project launch in Asia

          支持新项目在亚洲的启动

• Support escalations from other functions like Plant, Supplier Quality, Logistics , etc.

          支持工厂、供应商质量、物流等部门的升级

• Other individual tasks from the superior

          上级安排的其他个人任务

Your Skills & Strengths:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering or Business Administration

          本科及以上学历，工程或工商管理专业

• Strong experience and knowledge of the Market, Supplier and Components within metal

          对金属市场、供应商和零部件有丰富的经验和知识

• Strong purchasing experience for min. 3-5 years within larger international organizations preferred within the automotive industry

           3-5年以上大型国际汽车行业采购经验者优先

• Good oral and written English

           良好的英语听说读写能力

• Self-motivated with entrepreneurship mind set with the willingness to develop new responsibilities

           自我激励，有创业精神，愿意承担新的责任

• Strong analytics, communication and decision-making skills
