Your Roles & Responsibilities
- Define and build up supplier panel and strategy for defined commodities with the focus electronics which reflects MAHLEs requirements and supports future growth.
- Responsible for new awards and negotiation strategies incl. annual price negotiations and standard contracts
- Close cooperation with R&D to ensure and drive early supplier involvement, cost competitiveness and execution of the supplier strategy.
- Responsible for purchasing KPI's incl. identification and execution of saving measures such as e.g. Design to Cost, introduction of new technologies, suppliers development, etc.
- Identify and implements process adjustment for electronic components such as e-component database, nomination process etc.

Your Skills & Strengths
- 5~10 years working experiences,Academic degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- Strong experience and knowledge of the Market, Supplier and Components within electronics (active components especially power electronics and / or passive components)
- Strong purchasing experience for min. 3-5 years within larger international organizations preferred within the automotive industry.
- Fluently in English, oral and written.
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurship mind set with the willingness to develop new responsibilities.
- Strong analytics, communication and decision-making skills.
- 5~10年工作经验,工程或工商管理专业本科学历
- 对电子领域(主动元器件,尤其是电力电子和/或被动元器件)的市场、供应商和组件有丰富的经验和知识
- 至少3-5年大型国际公司采购经验,汽车行业优先。
- 流利的英语口语和书写能力。
- 自我激励,有创业精神,愿意承担新的责任。
- 较强的分析、沟通和决策能力。
