Your Roles&Responsibilies
Channel Management:
- Co-working with sales and product team develop the product channel strategy to support the short-term and long-term business growth.
- Support to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales target both on sell out and sell in, and gain market share in TM/JD and other channel.
- Support new business indicatives and projects, take other tasks as assigned.
E-Commerce Management:
- Make annual E-commerce marketing plan and define KPI according to annual target and budget.
- Make and implement the traffic allocation plan and continuously optimize ROI.
- Responsible for E-shops daily operation data analysis (UV, Sales, Conversation rate etc.) problem solving and industry tracking.
Market Insight:
- Track and analysis market channel trend (offline & E-Commerce) to figure out the growth area.
- Research the major competitor performance & promotion in each channel, evaluate effectiveness.
Category management
- New product definition to support the sales growth & profitability.
- Product competitive analysis with market research.
- New product development management ensure the new product launch fit to the market requirement.
Campaign:
- Campaign planning and execution include sell in and sell out activity
- Campaign reviews with customers and related teams
Your Skills&Strengths
- Minimum 3 years working experience in relevant auto parts industry business.
- Overall channel development & management experience is preferred.
- Familiar with the E-Commerce business in JD & TMALL and offline channel activity.
- Strong Planning, organizational skills, analytical skills, ability to multi-task.
- Good communication skill and business sense
- Logic, passionate, and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Good at English speaking and writing.
