Business Controller

MAHLE Lifecycle and Mobility is the business unit specializing in spare parts and services for the aftermarket. It uses the expertise from original equipment series production for its established product range and additional competence in electrification and digitalization and supplies partners in the trade, workshops, and engine repair shops. The products developed by the MAHLE Service Solutions business segment for workshop equipment, as well as comprehensive services and individual training offers, complete the portfolio.

Your Contribution

BU3 AP Regional MSS business controller:

• Align with MSS global team on all working processes, including quotation, project monitoring, final result analysis, etc
• Lead and guide MSS CN & IN monthly, yearly closing and planning process

• Monitor and track project base profitability, Prepare PPT for internal meeting discussion on monthly base

MAHLE Trading Shanghai

• Monitor and track customer AR overdue
• Manage IC quotation as per MAHLE global TP guideline, Maintain latest TP in SAP system
• Bridge btw FA, Tax, Legal and other functions, in charge of IC agreement preparation
• Check all payment requisition, make sure sufficient and proper attachment and supporting doc in place

• Support head of MTS business controller on MARS data input for actual report and planning report

Your Experience & Qualification:

• Experience in controlling and management accounting (cost accounting), FP&A
• Excellent English skill
• Knowledge of finance and accounting
• Good command of MS tools (Excel, Powerpoint), SAP FI/CO
