Effective January 1, 2025, MAHLE has combined its former business units “Engine Systems and Components”, and “Electronics and Mechatronics” in the new business unit “Powertrain and Charging”. This way, MAHLE will strengthen its strategy field of electrification by allowing the focus areas of efficient electric motors and intelligent charging to benefit from the group’s over 100 years of experience with engine systems and components.

Your Contribution

 As a Business Analyst, you will adopt a proactive approach in management reporting and costing analysis as well as business process standardization in BU1 China.

• Coordinate business planning and monthly reporting among BU1 China entities.
• Support entities to implement group accounting and controlling policies and ensure compliance.
• KPI’s variance analysis and follow-up eg. Sales, CAPEX, Working Capital, Headcount, EBITDA, etc.
• Participate business study, and follow up product / customer profitability analysis and improvement.
• Work together with SAP Improvement Team to develop / optimize business analysis tools and processes.
• Work together with plant controlling and Product Management team and to analyze product standard cost.
• Coordinate and support other regions in Asia for specific topics.
• Other responsibilities assigned by the superior occasionally.

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above.
• More than 3 years working experience in Automotive industry .
• Minimum 5 years of controlling functions.
• Good expertise on controlling knowledge and methodology.
• Business model development skill.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Open-mind and quick learner.
• Good communication / coordination skills.
• Self-motivated, good ability to work under pressure.
• Good English and computer skills.
