Your Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop new business according to MAHLE product development process (PDP) process; lead project team to prepare quotations after received RFQ and define project conditions in PAC meeting, negotiate with customers for series production price, fulfill tasks and update relevant information in internal system (SOF, EasyDMS, C projects and etc..) on time 根据马勒产品开发流程(PDP)流程开发新业务;在收到RFQ后,领导项目团队准备报价,并在PAC会议上定义项目条件,与客户协商批量生产价格,完成任务并更新内部系统(SOF、EasyDMS、C项目等)中的相关信息准时
  • Maintain and keep good relationships with OEM customers 与客户保持良好的关系
  • Make target acquisition projects and business sales plan that related to CN plants. Report development trends of customer to manager and update customer book regularly. 制定与国内工厂相关的目标收购项目和业务销售计划。向经理报告客户的发展趋势,并定期更新客户手册
  • Follow up account receivable and negotiate for annual series production price including sign price agreement. 跟踪应收账款,协商年度系列产品价格,包括签订价格协议
  • Organize technical exchange activities and promote new products technology to customer 组织技术交流活动,向客户推广新产品技术
  • Coordinate with global key account team regarding internal price definition when promote global projects. Organize contract review with key account team as internal process for frame contract, major commercial agreements and development contract. 在推广全球项目时,与全球大客户团队就内部价格定义进行协调。与大客户团队一起组织合同评审,作为框架合同、主要商业协议和开发合同的内部流程
  • Cooperate with R&D department in the competitor suppliers or products market share research also for development of new or special applications required by the customers; Cooperate with BU and plants in terms of technical, quality, commercial and logistic issues of series production projects supplied to customers 配合研发部门进行竞争对手供应商或产品市场份额研究,并开发客户所需的新的或特殊应用;与BU和工厂就向客户提供的系列生产项目的技术、质量、商业和物流问题进行合作

Your Skills & Strengths

  • Bachelor degree,5-8 years experience as OEM sales in automotive industry 本科学历,5-8年汽车行业OEM销售经验
  • Require fluent English, experienced on Local or Global OEMs and Commercial Vehicle business 要求英语流利,有OEM客户和商用车业务经验
  • Knowledge & sense of new energy technology is expected 具备新能源技术知识和意识
  • Good communication skill and quick problem solving 良好的沟通能力和快速解决问题的能力
  • Good at office software 擅长使用Office办公软件
