Responsibilities:
- 完成战略销售计划/年度销售预算规划,以满足公司长期发展和战略执行(1个事业部)
Strategic sales planning / annual sales budget planning, to satisfy the long term company’s development and strategic execution (1 Business Unit)
- 制定战略销售计划+预算计划
Strategic sales plan + budget plan
- 完成内部市场情报数据库更新(EDB / VDB)
Internal Market intelligence database update (EDB / VDB)
- 完成销售/ BU日常会议的修正和跟进
Sales / BU Jour Fixe meetings and follow ups
- 根据要求对马勒产品进行市场研究和竞争分析
Market study and competitive analysis for MAHLE products as requested
- 完成中国销售流程/审批签名指南的实施和优化
Sales Process / Approval Signature Guideline implementation and optimization for China
- 支持销售全球IT工具(SOF, MASIS等)的实施和优化
Support sales global IT tools implementation (SOF, MASIS, etc.) and optimization
- 支持内部/外部审计并跟进行动
Support internal / external audits and follow up actions
- 负责SAP中客户主数据的维护和优化
Responsible for customer master data maintenance and optimization in SAP
- 支持SAP中的客户风险控制(信用额度,付款条件等)
Support on customer risk control in SAP (credit limit, payment terms, etc.)
- 支持相关活动(应收账款逾期,价格调整),并与BU协调以实现共同目标
Support activities (AR Overdues, Price adjustment) and coordinate with BU to achieve common targets
- 提供管理支持
Management Support
- 完成周报、销售月报等
Weekly report, monthly sales report, etc.
- 协助区域销售团队制定KPI目标,并汇报跟进情况,如采购项目、销售业绩等
Support on KPI targets setting for Regional Sales Team and reporting follow-up e.g. acquisition projects, sales performances, etc.

Requirements
- 大学本科及以上学历,3-5年工作经验。
Bachelor degree or above with 3-5 years experiences
- 熟悉热管理产品,项目管理,商业管理;能够进行商业智能分析以及市场情报分析。
Product Knowledge for thermal management, knowledge of Project Management, Business Management,Business Intelligence Analysis and Market Intelligence Analysis.
- 拥有良好的沟通技能,目标导向的工作方式, 适应团队合作,细心谨慎。
Good Communication Skill and Goal-orientated working style, Team working, Cautious to details
- 熟练使用MS-Office, Lotus Notes
PC Skills (MS-Office, Lotus Notes)
- 熟练的英语水平
Good written and oral English skill
