Your Contribution 岗位职责

As a Senior Development engineer HEX, you will adopt a proactive approach in filling the HEX product knowhow for TMM development.

作为换热器高级开发工程师，您将采用积极主动的方法为TMM开发填充换热器产品知识。

• Responsible for the innovative concept development, prototyping, testing and verification, and problem-solving of Stack plate HEXs.

负责板式换热器的创新概念开发，原型设计，测试和验证，以及解决问题。

• Responsible for undertaking and achieving the functional and performance goals of the stack plate HEXs for new energy vehicles.

承担并完成新能源汽车板式换热器的功能和性能目标

• Responsible for compiling and maintaining technical documents for developing components.

编写和维护开发部件的技术文件

• Collaborate with cross departmental teams, including thermal management module engineers, system integration engineers, and EE engineers, to find suitable cost optimization and smart integration solutions to meet the TMM target requirements.

与跨部门团队合作，包括热管理模块工程师，系统集成工程师和电子工程师，找到合适的成本优化和智能集成解决方案，以满足热管理模块目标要求

• Define development direction, schedule, and conduct product development based on market demand.

• Establish internal design standards and guidelines.

Your Experience & Qualifications 岗位要求

• Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, refrigeration, or related fields

本科及以上学历，机械工程、制冷或相关专业

• More than 5 years of experience in automotive parts design and development, and more than 3 years development experience of stack plate HEXs concepts.

5年以上汽车零部件设计开发经验，3年以上叠板HEXs概念开发经验

• Proficient in the system demand of the stack plate HEXs, familiar with product design requirements, and familiar with market information.

精通叠板HEXs系统需求，熟悉产品设计要求，熟悉市场信息

• Proficient in the design essentials of stack plate HEXs, familiar with the design tools of Thermal dynamic design and optimization.

熟练掌握叠板HEXs的设计要领，熟悉热动态设计和优化的设计工具

• Familiar with the process of component development, validation, and approval.

熟悉零部件的开发、验证和审批流程

• Proficient in using 3D/2D design software.

熟练使用3D/2D设计软件

• Strong learning ability, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills, good team spirit and stress resistance, innovative thinking.

学习能力强，责任心强，良好的沟通协调能力，良好的团队合作精神和抗压能力，创新思维

• Good English and computer skills.
