Your Roles & Responsibilies

Data management within SAP (creation; change to master data; inforecord; source list etc.)
MAPIM ramp up/down; initial order confirmation
PO release and OC tracking
Supplier & Customer backlogs monitoring to ensure the stable availability & in time delivery
Inbound planning and alignment between suppliers & 3rd-Party Logistic; shipping docs verification and greenlight etc
Outbound shipping schedule and alignment among customers & 3rd-Party Logistic & forwarders, shipping docs preparation and verification.
Weekly and monthly report
Other task assigned by line manager

Your skills & Strengths

Bachelor Degree or above, major in Logistics or foreign Trade is preferred
Fast learner with growth mindset to drive continuous improvement
Dynamic, highly Motivated and strong Teamwork spirit
Familiar with MS Word, Excel. SAP experience would be an advantage.
Good command of oral & written English.
