Senior MES Consultant-SAP System

Your Roles & Responsibilities:

• The SAP MES Consultant is the key member of Asia IT. He/she will involve MAHLE MES rollout project in Global/Asia. The candidate will play a key role in business process analysis, Fit-gap, project implementation and also minorly go-live support. After project go-live, this position will coordinate the support positions in SSC to ensure the daily operation.
• As internal specialist, take part in global MES project as key member. MAHLE is using SAP ME/MII as MES system.
• As internal project leader, responsible for SAP ME/MII project management, implementation and roll out the MAHLE global template to the legal entities inside of Asia.
• Collaborate with business BPOs to fulfill business process analysis and design, identify requirements and translate into global SAP ME/MII solutions.
• Responsible for system configuration (development, maintenance and enhancement) of SAP ME/MII for the regional operation.
• Work closely with cross-functional SAP team to drive/deliver issue resolution and support change management.
• After the system go-live, working closely with business side to ensure the good usage of SAP ME/MII in MAHLE.
• Train key users on the designed MES functionality.

• 系统上线后，与业务方密切合作，确保SAP ME/MII在马勒的良好使用。
• 对关键用户进行MES设计功能的培训。

Your Skill & Requirements

• Senior level of SAP ME/MII consultant, S/4 HANA knowledge will be a good plus.
• Full lifecycle SAP ME/MII implementation experience is mandatory, experience with automotive industry SAP ME/MII project for more than 3 years is preferable
• Good understanding of the business processes within a Manufacturing environment
• Be willing to travel. Enjoy team working in international environment.
• Project management knowledge is mandatory. Development knowledge will be a good plus.
• Bachelor degree or above. Excellent written and spoken English.
• 高级SAP ME/MII顾问，具备S/4 HANA知识者优先考虑。
• 要求有SAP ME/MII全生命周期实施经验，有3年以上汽车行业SAP ME/MII项目经验者优先
• 在制造环境中对业务流程有良好的理解
• 愿意出差。喜欢在国际环境下的团队合作。
• 项目管理知识是必修课。有开发知识者优先。
• 本科及以上学历。优秀的英语听说读写能力。
