Your profile• University degree (Engineer) in mechanical/electrical engineering
• Minimum 3 years of job experience in automotive industry (First project manager experience)
• Knowledge in business administration, production and project management
• High expertise especially in product development process (PDP)
• Customer orientation
• Fluent english ( german language would be an asset, too)
• Knowledge MS Office, good IT Skills, SAP – advantage
• Goal-oriented working, high responsibility and autonomous working style
• Good communication and presentation skills

Roles & Responsibilities

• Controlling of HVAC series support projects
• Alignement and control of interfaces, dates and deliverables to the customer
• Alignement and control of cost reduction measures
• Tracking of requalification plans
• Expert guidance of multidisciplinary core teams
• Responsible to fullfill project goals
• Control and administrate of project controlling
• Control and administrate of project budgets and profit
• Alignement, controlling and achive change management activities with customers and suppliers
• Global change management (SAP, GTA+), communication with suppliers and customers
