Your profile
• University degree (Engineer) in mechanical engineering
• Minimum 3 years of job experience in automotive industry (best case air conditioning)
• Experience in parts design advantage (CATIA V5 / NX -3D Solid / 2D, automotive field)
• Fluent English lanquage
• Knowledge of automotive standards: FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), …
• Knowledge MS Office, SAP - advantage
• Creative/innovative thinking
• Good communication and presentation skills

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design of plastic molded parts
• Design for manufacturability according to Mahle Bill of design and Bill of process
• Design for assembly - automotive
• Responsibility for creating 3D models, 2D and technical documentation, tolerance stack
• Package, Function confirmed design
• Global change management (SAP, GTA +)
• Active team player in product development project and series product life
• Communication with customers, suppliers and tool maker
• Close synergy with Team Leader and internal department
