Your contribution

• Functional development and optimization of air conditioning units (acquisition and series development projects)
• Planning, implementation and evaluation of air conditioning measurements in the air conditioning laboratory
• Performing requalification measurements
• Interpretation of the results and derivation of further development steps
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with other specialist departments (design, prototyping, acoustics)
• Active implementation of measures as part of the continuous improvement process (CIP, efficiency programs)
• Internal reporting

Your Experience & Qualifications:

• Technical studies in mechanical engineering, vehicle technology or similar
• In-depth knowledge in thermodynamics, flow technology and air conditioning technology
• 3-5 years of work experience
• First experience in automotive testing and project management
• Fluent in English 
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Result oriented, high level of commitment, team spirit, autonomous
