Your profile

• University degree (Engineer) in mechatronics engineering/electrical engineering or electronics

• Min 10 years experience of job experience in automotive

• Expertise in electromechanical devices (mechatronics)

• Process and structure-oriented

• Fluent English

Roles & responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate and support Electric\Electronic (E\E) team at R&D department

• Drive and implement global E\E component strategy

• Coordinate activities with internal and external customers

• Global strategic responsibility for brush-type HVAC blower motors

• Support global platform projects in order to transfer E\E development solutions and results

• Secure technical coordination with suppliers for all development and design aspects, join regular meetings with suppliers to secure MAHLE interests (technical and economic)
