E/E Engineer Junior 1
The former business units “Filtration and Engine Peripherals” and “Thermal Management” have been merged into the new business unit “Thermal and Fluid Systems” specializing in the design, development and producing cooling and air conditioning systems, as well as complete thermal management solutions for a wide range of applications—from passenger cars and commercial vehicles to off-highway mobile and stationary machinery.
Your Contribution
- Production of HVAC modules prototypes according to the drawing, BOM and control plan or sketches
- Modifications of HVAC modules and separate components (for example: Kinematics, plastic parts, …)
- Production / adjustment of cable harnesses (prototypes) - routing of cables, bandaging, crimping, fitting of wires into connectors according to documentation
- Management and control of stock levels including document records
- Production planning according to customer requirements and instructions of the head
Your Experience & Qualifications
- Secondary education - technical focus (engineering technology, thermodynamics)
- Previous experience in a similar position in the automotive industry
- Fundamentals of electronics, milling, turning, connecting technologies, production of cable harnesses (crimping)
- Knowledge of FMEA, MS Office, SAP, good it skills
- Customer orientation
- An analytical and problem-solving approach to work
- Planning and organisational skills, such as time and resource allocation
- Good interpersonal and communication skills & ability to manage priorities
- Fluent in English
