Production Engineer 1 - TDS (m / f)

Location: Šempeter pri Gorici

Your tasks and responsibilities

•    Planning and implementation of the global activities of industrialization of new electronics products in accordance with quality rules and standards MAHLE and the standards of the electric automotive traction motors and other related products within the planned costs and deadlines
•    Leading of members of the extended team for the industrialization of projects on electronics products assuring timely decisions and create transparency of the team’s progress ensuring proper reporting
•    Creating, validating, and releasing of production concept (flow chart, layout, cycle time analysis, etc.)  
•    Collection, editing and use of technological documentation for the development and validation of the production process and for serial production
•    Ensuring production requirements and confirming feasibility of the production processes, creating lists of requirements and cost assessment for machines and tools
•    Coordinate design of equipment and tools with suppliers and production plants
•    Planning, preparing, and performing pre- and final acceptance of production lines and leading the installation and ramp-up of new production lines and products

Your skills and abilities

•    Master’s or university degree or 1.st Bologna degree in electronics engineering or other relevant field
•    Desired experience in the field of production of electronic components like electric motor controller boards, sensors, electric actuators and related electronic products and technologies
•    Ability to work in a team, lead teams, creativity, communication
•    Active knowledge of English
•    Willingness to travel and work temporarily abroad.

With the selected candidate or the candidate will enter into an employment relationship for an indefinite period, with full-time employment and a 6-month probationary period.
