Your roles and responsibilities

  • Initiation, development and realization of global projects in all MAHLE Aftermarket companies worldwide to drive innovation, digitalization and Excellence
  • Analysis and benchmarking of the existing MAHLE Aftermarket processes to improve efficiency in Operations and Logistics, taking the SAP processes into account
  • Understanding the current processes in Operations and Logistics to identify new opportunities and technologies to ensure continuous improvement
  • Execution and support of cross-departmental coordination and alignment with IT for the introduction and consistent implementation of newly defined standard processes and innovations
  • Identification and development of the target process landscape for global standardization, optimization (gap-fit analysis) and best practice sharing
  • Documentation and creation of training documents to train the organization for a sustainable process implementation
  • Project planning, implementation, and controlling of several national and international projects (multi-project management)
  • Ensuring compliance with agreed project goals in terms of costs, quality and deadlines
  • Support and roll-out of IT and technology projects (use case definition, acceptance and training of new IT processes)
  • Preparation of management documents for decision making and reporting
  • Planning, moderation and documentation of international workshops and meetings

 

Your skills and strengths

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering, or comparable training
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in project management, project control or in a consulting environment ideally with experience in national and international projects
  • Experience and knowledge in Operations and logistics processes
  • Very good knowledge in the area of requirements engineering, BPM methods as well as change management
  • Profound knowledge of moderation methods enabling you to independently plan, lead and document workshops
  • Knowledge and understanding of contemporary digitalization approaches in processes and projects
  • Distinct self-motivation with high social competence as well as process- and solution-oriented thinking and acting
  • Business fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • High willingness to travel at home and abroad
