Head of (m/f/d) Global Quality Excellence

Your roles and responsibilities

• Establishing and leading a strategy for quality excellence that support regions with deployment of guidelines, processes, methods and tools
• Implementing and monitoring all quality excellence activities within the whole MAHLE Aftermarket by defining requirements and guidelines for the quality management
• Responsible for developing, leading and for improving of the MAHLE Aftermarket Business Processes
• Ensuring that quality principles and best practices are implemented in our MAHLE Aftermarket with strong iteration and influences with operations in terms of continuous improvements and process efficiencies
• Supporting the Aftermarket management in all quality related topics and ensuring that corporate quality requirements are satisfied
• Driving the culture of quality throughout the MAHLE Aftermarket, to make an impact and awareness of customer first and to meet the needs and expectations of our customers, both internally and externally
• Coordinating and driving internal and external quality audits and maintaining relationship with certification bodies
• Defining standards for supplier quality agreements and warranty as well as establishing and driving quality related KPI’s

Your skills and strengths

• Successfully completed bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Management, Business Administration, Quality Management or comparable qualification
• Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of quality and process management
• Experience in the automotive industry and knowledge of the Automotive Aftermarket, the distribution channels and customers 
• Professional skills and knowledge about the standards TS16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and all related QM Methods & Tools
• Professional skills and experience in Process Management Methods & Tools
• Ability to work in a team and high social and intercultural competence
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English as well as international experience, further foreign language skills are desirable
