Supplier Quality Assurance Commodity (MSTH)

Your Contribution

As a Supplier Quality Assurance Commodity, you will be responsible and be partner for purchasing lead buying and cooperation in the preparation and implementation of purchasing and product group strategies.

• Planning, implementation, evaluation of supplier audits (methods, systems). Develop and release the new potential suppliers.
• Manage & execution of supplier surveillance audit with all MAHLE region plants.
• Task Force Leader (MSIP and escalation projects). Coordination of SQ teams and tasks in complex escalation projects.
• Expertise in product/ process/ technology.
• Trainer/ Coach for Quality Methods/Global procedure/systems to BU plants and suppliers.
• Development of concepts and measures to ensure specified quality standards, in coordination with suppliers and cross function department.
• CSR audit
• Support in negotiating quality-relevant purchasing contracts.

Your Experience & Qualifications

• University degree with a major in engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience of supplier quality management or relevant in automotive industry TIER1.
• VDA6.3/ IATF16949 certificated auditor.
• Strong knowledge of metal/polymer manufacturing processes, procedures, facilities and equipment.
• Rich experience in quality problem solving (6 sigma, shainin etc.).
• Experience in health, safety, and environment (HSE) beneficial.
• Familiar with 5 quality tools (PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, FMEA).
• Project Management skill.
• Proficient oral & written English skill.
