QA Engineer (MSFT)

Your Contribution

You will support quality assurance activities by preparing and maintaining quality documents, coordinating with customers and suppliers, handling quality issues, and supporting continuous improvement in line with IATF/ISO standards.

• Prepare and review inspection standards, quality plans, and control plans.
• Support new product approval (APQP / PPAP) and process change activities.
• Coordinate with customers on product issues, claims, and improvements.
• Maintain and support quality systems in compliance with ISO and IATF standards.
• Analyze quality data and support problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Conduct supplier quality activities, including audits, evaluations, and document coordination (FMEA, PPAP, SPC, Control Plan).
• Support supplier quality improvement and cross-functional projects.

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
• Basic knowledge of quality systems and QC tools (e.g., 8D, FTA).
• Experience with measuring instruments and quality documentation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills with a proactive mindset.
• Native Thai speaker with strong spoken and written English skills.
• Willingness to work on-site at MAHLE Siam Filter Systems Co., Ltd. – Kingkaew 33, Samut Prakan.
